We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and offer a refund. We will notify you if this occurs.

5. Placing an Order
5.1 Order Process
When you place an order on roosma.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
The steps to place an order are:
- Browse and select your products, adding them to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details
- Review your order summary and confirm your purchase
- You will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order
5.2 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:
- A product is unavailable or out of stock
- There is an error in the product description or price
- We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method
- Your delivery address is outside our shipping area
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
6. Payment
All payments on roosma.com are processed securely by WooPayments (provided by Automattic, Inc.), which uses Stripe, Inc. as its underlying payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your payment details are correct before submitting your order.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside the UK at this time.
7.2 Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all orders promptly after confirmation. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays or adverse weather.
7.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
7.4 Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if a parcel is not collected from a delivery depot within the required time, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply, or we may issue a refund for the goods minus any delivery costs incurred.
7.5 Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment in cleared funds.
8. Your Consumer Rights
As a consumer purchasing goods online in the United Kingdom, you are protected by the following legislation:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (see Section 9)
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@roosma.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel.
9.2 Returning Goods
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned:
- In their original, unused condition and packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- With proof of purchase
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
9.3 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling of them beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
9.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@roosma.com within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9.5 Exclusions
The following goods are excluded from our standard returns policy:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items) that have been opened or used
- Goods that have been personalised or made to your specification
- Goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned, such as sealed hygiene products once opened
