How to make bangin' Roosma Seekh Kebabs
Grab yourself:

500g minced meat (lamb, mutton, or beef)

50g Roosma Seekh Kebab mix

1 medium sized onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 FRESH GREEN CHILLI, FINELY CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)

MIX
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead for 5-7 mins until well mixed. Rest for 10+ mins.

SHAPE
Wet your hands. Roll into balls and press around skewers. No skewers? Make into patties or sausages.

Cook
Pick your method:
Grill/BBQ: High Heat Oven: 200°C
Air Fryer: 180°C
Pan-Fry: Medium Heat

Turn the kebabs frequently for even cooking cook until the kebab is sizzling, firm, and fully cooked inside.
Make it yours: Like it hotter? Add more Roosma mix. Your flavour, your rules
