Roosma’s Seekh Kebab spice is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Smoky, aromatic, and tastes just like the kebabs my mum used to make.
The Fish Masala from Roosma is unreal. It legit gives my fish that perfect balance of warmth and freshness. My kids actually ask for fish night now lol.
The Basaar blend is so versatile. I’ve used it on roasted veg, rice, even soups. It adds such a comforting depth without being too strong.
I tried the Garam Masala in a simple chicken curry and the flavour was on another level. You can tell the spices are fresh and blended with care.
Love the Basaar spice. It’s warm, aromatic, and works with almost anything. I sprinkle it on potatoes, chicken, everything. Roosma never disappoints.
The Seekh Kebab spice blend is spot on. I used it for lamb mince and the flavour was rich, smoky, and authentic. Guests were asking for the recipe. Will DEFFO buy again.
I'm not usually confident with spices, but Roosma makes it easy. The Basaar helped me cook a curry that tasted like it was from a restaurant.
